We want to provide effective infrastructures which support the sustainable transformation of cities while making life easier for urban citizens, offering them everything they need within 15 minutes of their homes. We want each site to be carbon neutral in its operating cycle and ideally self-sufficient in terms of energy.
Our targets in figures.
Lastlink is committed and aims to manage 20 sites by the end of 2023 and double that by expanding to other cities, for a total of 40 sites by 2024. The goal is to create a specialized portfolio of real estate assets and become experts in this asset class with a long-term vision. At this stage, Lastlink owns 8 sites in the Brussels region.
A combination of skills.
We are a city logistic real estate investment company created by Alphastone Fund,Julien Vandeleene and Guillaume Gosse. Julien and Guillaume created Lastlink after meeting several years ago, combining their skills to create a company that focuses on urban sites related to mobility issues and sustainable real estate development and investment.
